Softstar Shoes Return Policy?
Softstar Shoes accepts returns on all shoes that are in brand new condition within 45 days of delivery, even if they are customized with unique colors and motifs. However, there are exceptions to this policy. Shoes that are dirty or show signs of wear, shoes treated with leather care products, shoes with heavy odor (e.g. cigarette smoke, essential oils, etc.), shoes sold in the semi-annual clearance sale or Made-to-Order shoes are non-returnable. These shoes will be labeled as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. The refund will be applied after the shoes arrive at the shop. If customers would like to exchange their shoes for a different size/color/style, they can simply place a new order at their convenience.
Softstar also offers a guarantee to repair or replace any defects in leather, sheepskin, or workmanship free of charge within 30 days of receiving the shoes. This does not cover wear and tear or misuse on behalf of the consumer.
Please note that within the first 30 days of light use, if customers find that their shoes are just not the right fit, they can return them for a 50% store credit to be applied toward a replacement pair or a different purchase on the site. Limit one credit per style.
